4th of July on June 26??

Tonight our city had fireworks.

On the way to the festivities, Vince told me this was his mailbag, his mail shoes AND his mail tree. Here he is with the boys from the hood.
He covered his ears and eyes for most of the fireworks.

But walking back to the car he told me "that was fun Mommy". Then, just as if we were at the end of a Dora episode, he asked me what my favorite part was!

A weekend in the life
