Commute with my chatter box

Everyday it's a new conversation. This is what I remember from today.

When I picked him up from school I said "Today is my birthday."

His first thought was "Are we going to have cake with Stefi?" He must have been listening to a conversation earlier this week that my friends are coming over tomorrow.

About 10 minutes later on the way home "You have to take me to the store so I can buy you a cake. Do you like cake with candles or no candles?"

Seconds later driving along the river, "Where's Daddy?"
"He's already home"
"No, he's in that sailboat going home. That blue sailboat."

And then, helping me put the car in the garage, "I'm gonna turn the wheel cause I'm getting bigger."

Boston Arts Festival in the North End

Susan gave a glass blowing demo to the crowd. It was amazing. Back and forth to the fire with the glass and lots of shaping in between,
we watched her make this fish...
Then Vince got to participate by being part of the "Mayor's Mural Crew"
