Here Vince collects driftwood to make a Block Island Boat. It got cold after sunset and we had to drag Vince away crying. Can't blame him.

Lucky Mom

Mommy is lucky enough to have had another week of puzzles and playgrounds, and being a "mommy unicorn", "mommy kitten", "mommy mean dinosaur" and "mommy koala". Thanks for working so hard dad.

A Day in the Life

Vince likes to make the mad face now when the camera comes out. Not because he's mad though. Today he through in a happy one too . BREAK IT DOWN VINCE! This song is on the CD that came with his Hip Hop poetry book from Gramma and Grampa. Which we love. I wish I counted - but I think we listened to this 25 times in a row today - I finally just put it on repeat. The song says "buba" a number of times (which is his name for the dreaded pacifier) and it talks about Vincent's favorite breakfast, toast with lots of butter - "we like hot butter on our breakfast toast"!

We made dinosaur cookies from scratch today. Our dinos were Petrie, Little Foot, Chomper and Spike from the Land Before Time, which we both love.

I usually have a lot of patience, but I think I'm going to wait a few years before we do this again:)
