Since this is our version of Vincent's baby book, I have to catch up on some important firsts. Last week Vince read me a book! He had a lot of help, but he's doing great sounding out the letters into words, knows some site words and has some of the rules down, silent K in knight and knife! I couldn't believe it. He's also a number guy, loves 1 to 100. Can count by 2's. Don't worry, he's still the same rubber ball bouncing off everywall for hours on end, but every now and then he settles down enough to concentrate. He's learned a new way to postpone bedtime, "dad, can I stay up to do a math worksheet?"

Finally a post on the blog! We've been at work and school a lot! And home doing puzzles, playing games (learning to play chess), drawing, and of course watching Ninja Turtles and Pokemon DVDs from the library. Oh and I think I've read Frog and Toad Are Friends close to a million times just this week.

Sunday - Mom and Vince in the city

On Sunday Vincent and mom went to meet our friend from Boston Lubna, for brunch.
V wouldn't let me leave San Fran without stopping by the Californian Academy of Sciences. So another fun day at the Academy.
